  1. In the niqud:

    1. If the first letter is אֶ, look at P-d016 too.

    2. If the first letter is יֶ, look at P-d112 too.

    3. If the first letter is תֶּ, look at P-d282 too.

    4. If the last letter is ת, look at S-d1572 too.

  2. In the hasar haniqud:

    1. If the first letter is א, look in index P-d at every pattern that begins with א and is followed by two consonants: P-d001, P-d002, P-d003, P-d004 and many of those that follow after them till P-d031.

  1. A great amount of nouns, masculine or feminine, match this pattern in either absolute and construct form. They are called "segolate".
